Open top skip loaded with household waste (Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Yard)

The 8 yard skip filled the way a tip bay fills: tied sacks, flattened and taped cartons, a stack of timber offcuts and two lengths of scrap steel, heaped just under the top rail and modelled as clean bagged and boxed material.
