Stair Core Flight and Landing (Cyberpunk Apartment and Neon Block)

One flight of the block stair: thirteen 180 mm risers on a 270 mm going against a 160 mm spine wall, each nosing carrying an amber strip, with a half landing at the head and a steel balustrade of round posts under a handrail that follows the pitch.
